Our road with Hannes & Jomandi began earlier this year when we did their pre-wedding shoot. I also did their wedding stationery which included a passport wedding invitation and their wedding programmes. Hannes & Jomandi are those type of people you instantly get along with – the type of people I wouldn’t mind calling friends. They got married at Kopano Nokeng, on the Maselspoort road just outside Bloemfontein. This was one of a few weddings we photographed this season where it rained quite a lot. We had to do a “night shoot” for their couple shoot after the service seeing as they got married at 17:00 and the rain made it quite dark. This is where our Canon 5d Mk111 got to show what it’s worth. Most of their couple images were taken at ISO ranging from 2000-10 000 and all I can say is – IMPRESSED! Will definitely invest in another 5d Mk111 soon!
