About us

Genesis Images (GI) formed in 2009 with Annerie du Plessis (Venter) and André du Plessis as partners. We are located between Stellenbosch and Somerset West in Winery Road.

André and Annerie, the husband and wife team behind GI, met during their photographic studies. Both having a passion for photography brought them to where they are today.

ANDRE DU PLESSIS

André’s great passion for photography and design, and continual research guarantees that GI always has an edge on the latest technology and equipment.

Being the business-minded individual behind GI, André is always looking out to further the quality of work and professionalism that GI has to offer.

ROZANNE MARAIS

Artistic and passionate about design with more than 15 years experience in the creative industry, Rozanne is dedicated to deliver and always willing to take on new challenges.

She is resourceful and well-organised, has strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Rozanne takes pride in what she does, is passionate about life and loves doodling in her spare time. Her secret ingredient to a constantly-evolving world – COFFEE!

ANNERIE DU PLESSIS

Annerie studied graphic design at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT) and finished her B Tech (with a photographic approach) Cum Laude.

She currently works in the eLearning sector focusing on instructional design and learning experience design.
